ICBC C.A.R VALET shops can help with transportation while your vehicle is being repaired. If you drop off your vehicle, we can provide you with a ride home or to your workplace and pick you up to collect your vehicle upon repair completion. Alternatively, we have a small fleet of courtesy cars available and work with insurance and rental companies to make sure you have a vehicle to drive if necessary. Being a C.A.R VALET, we are certified to asses damages and complete your estimate on-site, that saves you the step of going into the claims center

Avoid this place at ALL costs, my car has more problems from their repair then the actual vehicle accident, one piece of trim has been on “back order” for 8 ‘months. it’s not even covid anymore, nothing takes 8 months to arrive…..I’ve called, I’ve went in, and I’ve been told the same thing over and over again, “Riley will call you”, “we’ll compensate you”……it’s been 8 months! and not a single call! I’m pretty sure the “back ordered” part hasnt even been ordered..And don’t even get me started on the old guy that works there, they way he treats customers should have been the first instinct to avoid this place

I trusted the team at Jan’s to repair a gouge on my brand new Silverado ZR2 when an underground parking gate unexpectedly came down and scraped the roof of the truck.Guy, my main estimator, explained the proper repair process (i.e., not like cheaper shops that use bondo.) Travis was the autobody specialist who brought my truck back to its original glory. Also, a special thanks to Michelle in the front office and to Rylie (another estimator), who quickly took care of a minor deficiency at pick-up time.Thanks to all the crew at Jan’s Precision Autobody, whose professionalism and skill were unsurpassed. Jan’s is ALWAYS the best best to take my car, from a chip and break in my window to a rear end with more damage, and to recently when my silly self backed into a pole. I love these guys! They are funny, welcoming, honest, straightforward, respectful, and they usually have cookies or chocolates in the office! Most importantly, they do an excellent job at car repair! My car was ready to pick up when they said it would be, AND JANS PRECISION AUTOBODY details my car before I get it back. And I mean DETAiL – inside and out. OMG. Hands down, BEST experience ever. I called numerous places to get my car fixed after some horrible human decided to hit and run my bumper. I reached out to Jan’s, went for a visit with my ICBC claim number in hand and got to meet Heather, my estimator. She made the experience flawless. Explained the next steps, kept me in the loop and was extremely thorough. They arranged to have Enterprise pick me up, got me in a rental that morning and called me two days later when my car was all fixed. My car hasn’t looked better! I’m so impressed with the quality of workmanship, how shiny my black car was repaired and how everyone I interacted with at Jan’s was so great. There’s a reason why they have such high ratings! I had to get some work done on my Hyundai. First went to “Fix” in Langley and the 2 men in the office didn’t get off their chairs to come to the counter. After a disappointing experience there, I went to Jan’s. From the minute I arrived until I picked up my vehicle I was treated with Amazing service and quality work. *** Editing my review – After I left my original review Shaun from Jan’s reached out to me, they were quick at solving my concerns below. They have fixed the window tint as of Nov 10th. I am now happy with the work completed on my truck. I can only revise my review to three stars because it took my review to get the work completed.All the reviews for Jan’s were awesome so I decided to take my truck there. However, my experience has not been great. My truck went in for repairs in Aug and I received a used back window which was not the issue. The issue is two huge scratches are visible on the window and the tint has huge horrible holes in it. When I picked my truck up the repair guy said “I thought you could just color it in with a marker”. The other issue is they didn’t clean the back bed of my truck and left pieces of glass and metal for me to clean. I discussed the issues with my ICBC rep and was told to call Jan’s Auto so I did. In Sept 2023 Jan’s told me they would replace the tint and clean the box of my truck, we are now on Nov 7th and I have not heard anything about an appointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Unbelievable experience! I needed to install a front license plate, so I called 15 minutes ahead to see if they could assist. They told me to come right over. So I would never use this shop for ICBC claims, or any work. Unless you enjoy wasting your time and gas. I was called yesterday saying my car was ready I was not able to come which was fine very nice about it. This morning I the customer call to see if it will be ready, just making sure as I understand things happen the lady has me in hold said yes it is ready I drive all the way there 4 min away from the destination and am told there is a error code on that actually needs to be fixed. What a waste of time and gas. Still have not even seen the car horrible customer service be aware of how your experience may go.After the owner knew about this issue it was rectified very fast as you can tell from the edit in less the 4 hours the car was fixed he even had them deliver my car to my house fill the tank back to what it needed to be at and delivered the car to enterprise for me.The did forget the paper work but said it would be emailed to me later today.It’s nice to see this company admit fault and make you whole could not ask for a better resolve.So I would never use this shop for ICBC claims, or any work. Unless you enjoy wasting your time and gas. I was called yesterday saying my car was ready I was not able to come which was fine very nice about it. jan’s precision auto body features everything you could ask for in a shop. they were very cooperative and understanding of my situation. they performed a thorough assessment on the damages done to the car and came back with a quote within 1-2 weeks. custom service was very polite and helpful. definitely recommend 🙂
